Refund & Cancellation Policy

At UshroomBiz, we want to ensure you are fully satisfied with our SaaS digital marketing and content management platform. This Refund and Cancellation Policy outlines the conditions for subscription cancellations, refunds, and renewals.

1. Subscription Cancellations

You have the flexibility to cancel your subscription to UshroomBiz at any time. To cancel, please follow these steps:

  • Log in to your UshroomBiz account.
  • Navigate to your Billing settings page.
  • Click on Cancel Subscription and follow the on-screen prompts.
  • Alternatively, you can email us at genevieroce@gmail.com, and our support team will process the cancellation for you.

Once canceled, you will continue to have full access to all paid features of your subscription plan until the end of your current billing cycle. No further renewal charges will be made.

2. 14-Day Money-Back Guarantee (Refunds)

We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee for new subscriptions. If you are not satisfied with the platform for any reason, you can request a full refund within 14 days of your initial purchase of a paid plan.

To request a refund within this 14-day window:

  • Contact us via email at genevieroce@gmail.com.
  • State your account email, purchase date, and request a refund.
  • Once verified, we will issue a full refund for the initial billing.

3. Renewal Billing and Case-by-Case Refunds

Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing interval (monthly or annually) unless canceled. Renewal payments are generally non-refundable. However, we want to be fair to our customers, so if you forgot to cancel and were charged a renewal, contact us within 48 hours of the renewal charge, and we will review your account usage. If there has been no platform activity since the renewal date, we may grant a refund at our discretion.

4. Refund Processing Time

Refund transactions are handled by our merchant of record, Paddle.com. Once we approve and submit a refund request, Paddle processes the return. Refunds are returned to the original payment method used (credit card, PayPal, etc.). It typically takes 5 to 10 business days for the refunded amount to appear on your bank or credit card statement, depending on your financial institution.

5. Account Abuse

We reserve the right to deny refund requests if we detect account abuse or violation of our Terms of Service (e.g. subscribing, downloading complete databases or bulk reports, and requesting a refund repeatedly).
