To access the features of our platform, you must register for an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration. You are responsible for safeguarding your account login details and are fully liable for all activities that occur under your account.
Subject to compliance with these Terms and payment of the subscription fees, UshroomBiz grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable, and limited license to access and use our web-based software platform for your internal business and marketing operations. You may not copy, reverse-engineer, modify, or resell our software code or dashboard interface.
Our platform is delivered entirely online via a subscription-based model. By subscribing to a monthly or annual plan, you agree to the recurring fees displayed on our pricing page:
Our order process is conducted by our merchant of record, Paddle.com. Paddle is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides customer service inquiries and handles returns, billing inquiries, and chargebacks related to your subscription.
You may cancel your UshroomBiz subscription at any time directly through your account dashboard or by contacting support at genevieroce@gmail.com. Upon cancellation, you will retain access to the platform services until the end of your current billing period, after which your account will automatically downgrade and subscription charges will cease.
Our platform is intended strictly for professional digital marketing and SEO content management. Users are prohibited from using the platform to promote illegal products, adult content, gambling, weapons, financial scams, or any services that violate Paddle's Acceptable Use Policy. We reserve the right to terminate your account immediately if we detect activities promoting restricted niches.
UshroomBiz is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. We make no warranties, expressed or implied, regarding the platform's availability, uptime, or that SEO metrics (DA, traffic scores) will remain static. SEO metrics fluctuate naturally over time, and we provide tools to monitor these changes but do not guarantee specific Google Search rankings.
In no event shall UshroomBiz, its directors, employees, or partners, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of the platform.
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with local laws, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of any substantial changes by posting the updated terms on this page with a revised effective date.
